Dr. Violeta Ivanova teaches visualization in Pakistan

In September, ARTEMiS leader Violeta Ivanova traveled to Pakistan to teach a workshop on Visualization in Science Education. The Virtual University (VU) of Pakistan in Lahore hosted the four-day workshop, providing a computer lab and technical support. Educators from several Pakistani universities and professional staff from VU attended the workshop. EDC/USAID provided funding for curriculum and resource development and travel through a grant to MIT to develop an online teacher training program for Pakistan.
